BX3 Aesthetics is ready to make your beauty goals a reality! On Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, BX3 provides cosmetic services including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella®, vitamin injections, sclerotherapy, SkinPen®, DiamondGlow®, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. We also have a licensed esthetician that specializes in lashes and custom spray tans, as well as waxing, lash and brow tinting, and makeup applications.

Nurse Practitioner
Brianna is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner since 2013 that owns and operates BX3 Aesthetics. Upon graduating from UMass Medical School, she started her career working in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. Shortly thereafter she became certified in performing injectables, and with a passion for aesthetics, established BX3 Aesthetics in 2018. She also serves as a clinical instructor at Aesthetic Mentor. Her knowledge about the coexisting world of medicine and beauty allows her to enhance the beauty she sees in every client and make them feel their best. When Brianna is not working, she is busy chasing around her two young boys and spending time with family.
Brittany

Certified Nurse Injector
Brittany began her nursing career in 2019 working on a busy medical-surgical unit at a local hospital, and now continues to work in home care. She gained her certification as an aesthetic injector in 2020 from Aesthetic Mentor and has worked closely with Brianna to master the world of cosmetic injectables. She is passionate about providing safe, high quality, natural looking results for all of her patients. Prior to nursing, Brittany was a competitive dancer for 16 years and in her free time, loves to go to the beach and attend concerts.

Alexa is not only our amazing Patient Care Coordinator, but is also one of our licensed estheticians at BX3 Aesthetics. Her favorite thing about being a part of the team is that she is always learning something new about the field of aesthetics. When Alexa is not at BX3, she is probably Dental Assisting at her other occupation, or planning a vacation to somewhere warm with her husband! Neurotoxins
Otherwise known as Botox®, a simple, nonsurgical treatment to relax facial muscles, allowing for bothersome lines and wrinkles to disappear. Results can be seen as quickly as 7 days, but take 2 weeks for full effect, and last 3-4 months on average.
Fillers
A safe and minimally invasive treatment that uses natural ingredients similar to what is produced in our own bodies to increase fullness and volume, effectively lifting cheeks, plumping lips, or reducing the appearance of lines. Results are seen immediately and last anywhere from 6-24 months, depending on which product has been used.
Kybella®
A non-surgical, FDA-approved injectable for reducing fat below the chin, commonly known as a “double chin”. Kybella® contains a naturally occurring substance in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat, thus destroying fat cells permanently. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
Vitamin Injections
​Non-invasive intramuscular injections that provide your body with a mix of vitamins, whether it be our B12 or Lipo Mino injections to help improve energy and promote weight loss, or our Tri-Immune Boost to enhance immunity using a blend of glutathione, vitamin C, and zinc.
Sclerotherapy
A medical procedure used to treat varicose and spider veins. A solution is injected directly into a vein, causing the vein to scar, forcing blood to reroute through healthier veins. The collapsed vein is reabsorbed into local tissue and eventually fades.
SkinPen®
The first FDA-cleared microneedling device, SkinPen® rejuvenates from the inside out for younger looking skin. The SkinPen® creates hundreds to thousands of "micro" skin punctures per second to stimulate the skin's natural wound healing process - inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling - to prompt tissue remodeling without causing scar tissue formation. The diamond tip wand simultaneously exfoliates dead skin, extracts dirt and debris, and infuses serums into the skin with minimal downtime post-treatment.

Dermaplaning
A non-invasive exfoliation procedure that uses a specialized scalpel to clear away dry, dead skin and bothersome peach fuzz creating brighter, smoother skin while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and increasing the absorption of treatment products.
Chemical Peels
A skin treatment that involves the use of a chemical solution to improve the skin's appearance by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, evening out skin tone, and improving skin texture. Available in a variety of strengths and formulas, chemical peels address acne, acne scarring, melasma, aging skin, sun damage, and other skin imperfections.
